I have to say that this dish is an all time favorite among my folks. I only make it a few times a year because I know that I won't be able to resist finishing it myself...It is time consuming but it's ALL WORTH IT!!! Moussaka can be eaten hot or cold and actually tastes more amazing the second day. I used potatoes and eggplant, some people though may prefer using potatoes and zucchini or half zucchini-half eggplant.
