Here we are again with a cheese pie that started out as a zucchini pie.. Anything can happen when one doesn't check the condition of the ingredients prior to starting a recipe.. Having therefore already defrosted my puff pastry, I realized that half of my zucchini were "in their death bed" and I could not use them... I used potatoes instead..Then I added some cream cheese for extra flavor, some mint and a red onion to make it more fragrant and give a touch of color and the recipe was complete.
