Delicious and easy to make this shrimp and avocado appetizer, just in time for the festive season and/or special occasions..Enjoy :)we need1 cup cooked and chopped shrimp (plus 4 whole shrimp for decoration)1 Tbsp dried parsley1/3 cup mayonnaise2 Tbsps ketchup1/2 tsp sriracha sauce2 avocados, halved and pitted1 tsp paprika1 Tbsp lemon juiceLettuce leaves and a few dill sprigs, for decorationMash avocados with fork, stir in mayonnaise, ketchup, sriracha, parsley, paprika and lemon juice and blend well. Add chopped shrimp and stir. Divide in 4 portions and serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
