I was in the mood for fish today, but I really wasn't in a frying mood. Although we all love fish at home, we agree that we'd rather not have the lingering "aroma" every time I cook..Boiling cloves and cinnamon sticks will usually neutralize the scent, but I wasn't ready for a Christmas scent either..I found this recipe on Canadian Living and decided it would be great for a quick supper. And it was, indeed!! From beginning to end it took 40 min and I even had time to do dishes while it was baking :)Very easy and lots of flavor!!!
