Hello friends! It's been a while since my last post, I am however back and just in time for the festive season! I thought of Nanaimo bars, a recipe taken from Jean Paré's book, which I only make once a year for the family (since they are the only ones able to handle the extra calories..lol..)These bars are of Canadian origin, actually attributed to the city of Nanaimo, in British Columbia and require no baking.
