Although I'm not really fond of steaks, I had kept this recipe for the longest time, looking for the right moment when the planets would be aligned (for my carnivores to be all home at the same time, that is) to make it. I was just planning to take a bite out of a steak, that was all... When the meat was done though and the sauce was spooned over it, I could not resist... I confess I had much more than "just a bite"... Needless to say, one of the carnivores kept going back to the fridge, because his supper "was not enough"... Bad mother? Tough luck!
